Business trip to Qatar
After several meetings a new idea arose: using Energy Parking as bus shelter. With photovoltaic modules on the top, Energy Parking results to be a stand-alone charging infrastructure perfect for mobile phones and laptops, completely indipendent from the electrical grid. Particular interest has also been deserved to the aluminum carport Home Parking and to the EV charging station Self-Energy.
Giulio Barbieri and Simona Rizzardi have been recently to Doha (Qatar) to attend several meetings focused to establish a commercial partnership with motivated dealers able to distribute our products, creating an extensive sales network.
The recent business trip has been the second step and the continuation of our previous business trip to Qatar which has been a first approach to acquire closer knowledge of the local market. The commercial mission has been particularly exciting: we had the pleasure to meet several companies all belonging to the specific building and shades sector, mainly manufacturers of big steel constructions, therefore all of them were able to well understand the unique characteristics of our products.
Particular interest and attention has been given to our HOME PARKING: our newest carport, completely made of aluminium whose installation does not require any foundation, differently from similar car shades made of steel. Solar protection is a must in a country like Qatar, where in the hottest season the temperatures raises to over 50°.
All companies were able to understand the flexibility of applications offered by HOME PARKING which can't be considered merely as a carport.
Our commercial discussions have inspired new ideas, as company Giulio Barbieri is proud to affirm his capability to offer complete solutions rather than mere coverings.
A new application has been discussed and will be shortly developed: to create shade shelters at the bus stop to be 100% powered by renewable energy, with stand-anole PV plant.
Our ENERGY PARKING aluminium carport will be offering inside: refreshing, ventilation, possibility to charge mobile phones and laptops exclusively using the power coming from the sun captured by the solar modules on the top. Proper batteries will store the exceeding produced energy to be released in the night for LED lighting the carport.
The possibility to simply install on all our structures some pvc membranes customized with any logo or graphic provides to the client a very efficient and effective marketing and advertising opportunity.
Last but not least is the interest for our Self-Energy charging station for electric vehicles, stand-alone system- Concepts like: electromobility, energy saving and renewable energies are becoming of great topical interest in a country like Qatar under great economic development however is aiming to develop culturally to stand out among the Gulf countries.
The Qatar market is representing for company Giulio Barbieri a very important commercial goal, due to the fact that the style and the unique design of our products have a great potential in such a dynamic country searching for quality.
